  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    You can schedule your appointment by phone; you can call/text 347-391-1301, in person, or booking directly on our website. There is a deposit required in order to schedule your appointment.
  • What can I expect from my service provider during my beauty appointment?
    Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. Your tech will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.
  • Do you accommodate late arrivals?
    We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, please let the tech know prior and they will add a late fee if needed. However; as a courtesy to our clients, we have a 15 minute grace period.
  • ​What is your cancellation policy?
    Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because beauty services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty of losing your deposit. Without 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to keep the deposit. Deposits are only refundable within the first 24 hours after the appointment was originally made. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
